Pulso is currently looking for a (Senior) Project Manager / Expert Research & Development for its team ‘Assessment & Data-driven consultancy’.  
This is a multidisciplinary and international team of consultants responsible for:

  • Guiding our customers in the Benelux and abroad with their well-being surveys and engagement surveys and other well-being projects that result from this;
  • Analysing available data and providing data-driven advice to support an integrated well-being policy;
  • Implementing the online tools that Pulso has developed with regard to psychosocial well-being and other themes within our client organisations;
  • Developing new innovative and evidence-based tools; the development of tools is always based on scientific research and executed in close coordination with our customers and external IT experts.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

As (Senior) Project Manager Research & Development, you are responsible for the following assignments:

  • Maintaining your customer relationships and preparing offers for new potential customers. You will manage your own customer portfolio for which you are responsible, and you will set up and follow up projects for these customers. You will also do sales pitches and write quotes for new prospects.
  • Conducting and supervising well-being and engagement surveys at our customers, conducting qualitative research (interviews, group discussions), analyzing other sources of data and documents, and offering data-driven advice in developing an integrated well-being policy for our customers. After a training period in which you become familiar with our tools and methodology, you will be responsible for the entire process from A to Z, i.e. preparatory meetings with the customer, tailoring the questionnaire to the clients’ requests, developing the survey, coordinating and monitoring the data collection, analysing the data, drawing up survey reports, presenting results, exploring results in focus groups and workshops with employees and managers, formulating recommendations and follow-up all actions after the survey. During this entire process you keep close contact with the customer.
  • Implementing our online tools at our customers. In close cooperation with the customer, you offer standard  solutions or custom solutions to the customer, and you are also responsible for the entire management of the project.
  • Participating in the development of new innovative and evidence-based tools and various research projects.

 

PROFILE
Expertise and skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, or related field
  • Passionate about enhancing psychosocial well-being at work
  • Strong interest in data analysis, visualization, and information technology
  • Experience or willingness to learn research techniques, statistics, and statistical software (e.g., SPSS)
  • Familiarity or willingness to quickly learn a programming language (e.g., R, VBA, Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong in analysis, synthesis, and maintaining quality standards
  • Driven, motivated, and adept in project management and coordination
  • Handles deadlines, stress, and changes effectively
  • Skilled in problem-solving and working efficiently
  • Capable of both independent work and teamwork
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication
  • Eager to learn and adhere to scientifically based models and methodologies
  • Bilingualism (Dutch/FR, Dutch/ENG, or FR/ENG) is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a strong advantage

Het begeleiden van onze klanten in binnen- en buitenland bij hun welzijnsenquêtes en engagement surveys en andere welzijnsprojecten die daaruit voortvloeien;
Het analyseren van beschikbare gegevens en het verstrekken van data-gedreven advies ter ondersteuning van een geïntegreerd welzijnsbeleid;
Het implementeren van de online tools die Pulso in huis heeft met betrekking tot psychosociaal welzijn en andere thema’s bij onze klanten;
Het voortdurend ontwikkelen van nieuwe innovatieve evidence-based tools; dit gebeurt steeds op basis van onderzoek en in nauw overleg met onze klanten en met eventuele externe IT-leveranciers.

FUNCTIE

Als (Senior) Project Manager / Expert Research & Development ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het beheren van projecten met als doel de doorontwikkeling van onze bestaande tools en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe innovatieve tools binnen ons werkdomein;
  • Het beheren van onderzoeksprojecten, het uitvoeren van analyses op onze databanken en het visualiseren van gegevens uit onderzoek of uit andere databronnen; 
  • Het vinger aan de pols houden wat betreft de evoluties in nieuwe technologieën en methodologieën (AI, VR, wearables …);
  • Het verder automatiseren van de diverse werkprocessen binnen ons team om een efficiënte workflow te garanderen; 
  • Het meewerken aan de lopende projecten in ons team, welzijnsenquêtes en engagement surveys voor de klanten van Pulso. Dit betekent dat je praktijkgericht onderzoek verricht naar de arbeidsfactoren en het psychosociaal welzijn van werknemers. 
  • Het ondersteunen van het implementeren van onze online tools bij onze klanten. In nauw overleg met en gecoacht door de collega’s en onze domeinverantwoordelijken, help je standaardoplossingen of op maat oplossingen aan de klant aan te bieden. 

 

PROFIEL
Ervaring en competenties:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma vereist (bv. informatica, psychologie, sociologie, economie ...)
  • Interesse in psychosociaal welzijn op het werk
  • Passie voor data-analyse, visualisatie, informatietechnologie en e-tools
  • Ervaring met onderzoekstechnieken, statistiek en statistische software (bv. SPSS) of bereidheid om snel te leren
  • Ervaring met een programmeertaal (bv. R, VBA, Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, ...) of bereidheid om snel te leren
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel en PowerPoint
  • Sterk in analyse en synthese
  • Nauwkeurig met oog voor kwaliteit
  • Gedreven en gemotiveerd
  • Vaardig in projectmanagement, planning en coördinatie
  • Kan goed omgaan met deadlines, stressbestendig en flexibel
