JOB DESCRIPTION
As Consultant Well-being Assessment & Data-driven consultancy, you are responsibleforthefollowingassignments:
• Maintaining your customer relationships and preparing offers for new potential customers. You will manage your own customer portfolio for which you are responsible, and you will set up and follow up projects for these customers. You will also do sales pitches and write quotes for new prospects.
• Guiding our customers in the Benelux and abroad with their well-being surveys and engagement surveys and other well-being projects that result from this; conducting qualitative research (interviews, group discussions), analyzing other sources of data and documents, and offering data-driven advice in developing an integrated well-being policy for our customers.
• Implementing our online tools at our customers. In close cooperation with the customer, you offer standard solutions or custom solutions to the customer, and you are also responsible for the entire management of the project.
• Participating in the development of new innovative and evidence-based tools and various research projects.
PROFILE
• You preferably have a Master's degree in Human Sciences (Psychology, Economics, Sociology, …)
• You have a verygoodknowlegde of Dutch, French and English; knowledge of German is a strong plus
• You have at least 2 years of experience in research and/or consultancy
• You are fascinated by the world of psychosocial well-being at work and want to make a difference for your customers
• You engage with your customers in an enthusiastic way and have a professional attitude
• You have the necessary commercial skills and interest to engage in customer acquisition and sales talks
• You are strong in analysis and synthesis
• You are accurate and have an eye for quality
• You are driven and motivated
• You are strong in project management, planning and coordination
• You are eagertolearnand stick toscientificallybasedmodelsandmethodologies
